As of today, your readers can install your custom app, add it to their home screen, and never miss another piece of content from you again.

Newsletter Mobile App

Other platforms require your readers to download their app, and then proceed to flood them with unwanted notifications to drive their business goals. But we believe that your audience belongs to you.

That’s why we’re equipping every newsletter on beehiiv with their very own custom mobile app, entirely for free.

With your new mobile app, you can directly connect with your readers and provide them with a beautiful, mobile-optimized reading experience, ensuring they never miss your latest content.

To launch your app, simply toggle it on in your account here: Design → Website Builder → Settings → Mobile App.

Once enabled, readers visiting your website on their phone will be prompted to install your newsletter’s mobile app directly onto their device.

Note: The installation popup will only appear on their first visit. After that, the option to install your app will be located in the dropdown in the hamburger menu of your mobile website.

The app is compatible with both iOS and Android devices and comes fully equipped with real-time push notifications. Readers can opt-in to receive notifications for:

• New published posts

• Replies to their comments

Subscribers who install your app will be automatically logged in, and all page views and clicks will be tracked as Web Engagement on your newly revamped post dashboard.

You can now view the full history of all subscriber events, along with timestamps and relevant details. These events include:

• Subscribed

• Upgraded

• Downgraded

• Unsubscribed

Current Trials

Lastly, you can now easily see if a subscriber is on any sort of free trials or receiving a discount for their premium subscriptions.
