Let me show you what’s new around here 👇🏽.
Editor Comments
You can now add comments, tag members of your team, and resolve edits… all directly within the native beehiiv text editor.
Adding an editor comment and tagging someone
When you tag members of your team, they’ll also receive an in-app notification alerting them so you’ll never miss a beat.
This is just the latest addition to the powerful beehiiv editor, but there’s a whole lot more that’s already available to take advantage of:
Real-time collaborative editing
Text and image generation with AI
Dynamic embeds for YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and more
Embedded polls, recommendations, Boosts, and Referral Program
Grouping and styling multiple sections together (with no code)
Dynamic columns, tables, blockquotes, and code blocks
Searchable image library with custom image editing
Integrated footnotes and table of contents
Tons of nifty keyboard shortcuts (and emoji keyboard)
And more to come soon…
No wonder users rave about using the beehiiv editor!
Boost Invites
When you publish a Boost offer, it goes live in the marketplace for other publications to apply to. Now, rather than waiting for applications to roll in, you can actively search for and invite others to Boost you directly.
tl;dr — less passively waiting, more actively growing 📈.
Sending a Boost Invite
For those looking to grow (faster)…
You’ll see the option to search for and invite others directly on your dashboard. You’ll also be able to view pending Boost Invites within the popup modal.
Invite publications to boost you
For those looking to monetize (faster)…
You’ll see the option to review publications you’ve been invited to boost at the top of your dashboard.
Reviewing Boost Invites
Reminder: Boosts are the easiest way to passively earn revenue for your newsletter. By accepting Boost Invites, new subscribers will have the option to also subscribe to those newsletters (in return, you’ll get paid). You can also more actively promote those newsletters on social media, blogs, and other channels using Boosts Direct Links.
Note: Boosts are only available to users on the Scale and Enterprise plans. You can learn more and/or upgrade here.
Streaks
We launched (weekly) Streaks to help hold you accountable 🫣.
Tweet at us (@beehiiv) with a screenshot of your active streak and we’ll reply with that many bee emojis (and brag on your behalf).
