Content Tags

Using our blog as an example, we actually publish a few different types of content:

• Case Studies

• Newsletter101

• How-to Guides

With content tags, you can create categories and assign them to posts. (You can assign multiple tags to a single post too if you want).

Coming soon: your readers will be able to visit your site and search for posts and filter by category (i.e. content tag). While this isn't available yet, we wanted to introduce this in advance so you can begin to proactively tag your posts accordingly. Expect the on-site functionality to rollout sometime in the next few weeks.

Gifting Premium Subscriptions

Whether you want to gift 1 free month as a reward in your referral program, or you simply want to give your mom lifetime access for being an avid supporter—you can now gift premium subscriptions to any subscriber for any custom duration.

Step 1: Create gift by choosing time unit and duration (days, months, years, or lifetime)

Step 2: Select a subscriber and choose which gift you want to grant

Coming soon: the ability to create a segment and bulk upgrade an entire segment of subscribers.

Segmentation Updates

Referral Count Filter

We've added the ability to create segments based on referral count. As an example, you can now create a segment of subscribers who have at least 5 referrals.

Exists and Does Not Exist Filter

We've also added the ability to create segments based on whether or not an individual field or attribute `Exists` or `Does Not Exist`.

For example, perhaps you are very diligent with using UTM parameters for attributing new signups, and wanted to check to see if you've had any subscribers that have signed up without a `utm_campaign` parameter. You could simply create a segment where the attribute Campaign does not exist.

None Condition

In addition to creating segments that satisfy All or At least one of the conditions, we've added the ability to create a segment that matches None.

The addition of these 3 updates should provide more flexibility to create very robust and granular segments of your audience.

Text Editor Updates

We now support phone and email links in the editor. Simply prefix the phone number or email with tel: or mailto:, respectively.
